No Fooling Him

The other day, we took K to see Santa at the mall. It was a very good Santa (real beard, real belly, real ho ho ho) and K sat up on his lap and told him what he wanted. A few days later, my parents came up and wanted to take K again. I should have known this was a bad idea. As soon as we got there, I could tell it wasn't the same guy. I tried to keep K away, but my dad said, "Oh he won't even notice." As K started walking up to the jolly old man, he stopped dead in his tracks and would not go sit on his lap. He came over to me and said, "That is not the same Santa!" I brushed it off with a "sure it was" and he responded, "No it wasn't, that guy has a yellow mustache." It was too funny, because the guy had tried to bleach his real mustache and it totally looked yellow! Moral of the story... never try to pull a fast one on a 3 year old.

AKA Bruce Banner

I think my son is the incredible Hulk. Lately, when he starts to get mad, he holds his hands just like that and his face starts to turn red and his whole body starts shaking. I'm just waiting for the moment when he pants begin to tear and he starts turning green. He must get this anger from his father!
